Natural birth after 2 sections and endo surgery is it an option?

Hi there
Two days ago I had endo surgery to remove adhesions from my uterus and bladder which were both stuck together as well as other adhesions and the removal of an ovarian cyst. This was an alternative offered to me instead of recommended hysterectomy which I'll end up having as we want a third baby.

Last delivery was 12.5 years ago both births have been c sections. Last one complex as I had a lot of adhesions and had blood loss. First birth was a c section at fully dilated.
I've had a few abdominal keyhole surgery's since my last section

I really want to have a natural delivery has anyone had one after two c sections?

Thanks

I think it’s called a VBA2C if you want to search through old threads.

more risky than a VBAC

I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant, my DS is 4. Between March 23 -24 I had 3 surgeries for endo , fibroids and Ashermans (which was the result of retained placenta following the birth of my son). I've also had a lletz which makes things more complicated.

I had a section with my son and think I will again. Vaginal birth if it went smoothly would be best given how scared I will be however it's likely not to run smoothly (high chance of bleeding out etc). So I would likely end up in an emergency section which is more risky as the team aren't as prepared. So I'm going for a planned.

I tried for a VBA2C. I went into labour naturally and it didn’t progress and I ended up with a section again. I am so glad I tried though. It was the only north I actually experienced contractions for.

It's possible but you'll be lucky to find a consultant who supports given your medical history not to mention 2 previous sections. I really wanted one in Oct after getting to 8cm in 2nd birth before emc but consultant really tried to put me off so I asked for a second opinion and she went tbrkihj my birth notes in detail and scared me tbh so I opted for elective x

I wanted a VBA2C, and consultants were completely chilled about it. Unfortunately, I had low placenta at term, so another C section it was.
