Recovery from 3b tear experiences?

I’m 13 weeks pp after suffering a 3b tear and episiotomy with forceps delivery and large pph..
I have been suffering with wind incontinence.. I just can’t stop it 🥺 no faecal incontinence. Does this get better?!
Also when doing my pelvic floor exercises, I still can’t feel anything in my back passage. I am seeing an nhs pelvic floor physio every 3 weeks and I’m doing pelvic floor exercises 3 times a day but I still cannot feel a thing in my back passage and it’s worrying me.
I am also completely numb the area around my episiotomy scar
I was just after others experiences! In hope it will get better 😩

I can't comment on the numbness, as I only noticed the numbness when I went for an internal scan for an early pregnancy scan, my episiotomy and tear seemed to be the only explanation for feeling pain on one side only! But I assure you control gets better. I went from zero control to being able to hold a poo for 20 mins and hold in most farts. I saw a big improvement around 18 months after the birth.

I had an electric simulation machine for a while, that may be worth a go? They're great for the early stages of recovery apparently as they 'wake things up' while the muscles are still healing, particularly good if kegals aren't being done correctly as they'll force the right muscles to work.

I've found pilates and improving my overall core strength has made a big difference too. Just had my second child (elective C section, 2 years since previous birth) and my urgency got a bit worse around 2-3 weeks pp, but I've been rubbish with my kegals recently and have poor core strength so I suspect that's why. I'm hopeful it will improve again when I can start doing pilates again (currently only 6 weeks pp).
