Tilted uterus and mechanical / balloon induction… any success?

I’m considering induction when heading towards 42 weeks. Had an attempted sweep today at 40+3 without success. I’ve always had a “set back” cervix but midwife couldn’t even reach it! Have another booked in a few days.

Wondering if anyone has had success with a balloon catheter in these circumstances. I can’t have hormone based induction due to previous section.

Seriously wondering if they’ll be able to get to my cervix to insert!

I have a tilted uterus, and it took made sweeps difficult as she wasn't engaged at all, so my cervix was high. Not a balloon induction, but They did manage to get the pessary in for induction, breaking my waters took three attempts and wasn't the most pleasant experience, they got me to put my fists under my bottom to help
