I moved house when I was half way through and it was easy peasy. Just tell your GP you want to change and get them to refer you to the new hospital. Or, if you want midwife led care, see if the midwives at the new hospital have a community clinic or if they have a day at your GP surgery.

You'll need to fill in a new "book", possibly have a new scan. I was asked by "ex" hospital to send my antenatal book back to them for my record at their hospital.

I moved house at 37 weeks (moved in with dh once my maternity leave started).
The only silly thing was that they changed my due date because the one of the hospitals did it by dating scan, the other by LMP.

Oh, also - the doctors' receptionists in the new place were completely unhelpful in refusing to let me talk to anyone or make an appointment until I had physically moved up there (which would have been cutting it a bit fine if I'd turned up without even a midwife appointment) so a friend got me the midwife's number and she helpfully booked me an appointment with her before I was even registered at the practice.
