How much quicker was your 2nd birth compared to the 1st?

So I'm expecting my second baby, due in April.
My family are going to Longleat Centre Parcs 4 weeks before my due date (will be 37+5 on departure).
I've said yes to going with them because I had my first daughter 2 weeks late and had to be induced etc, she didn't want to come naturally. And then once it all started it was a really long labour, 3 nights in hospital total. So I just kind of assumed I couldn't be that early when I was that late before...
But now I'm getting a bit worried about it. Everyone says it's quicker after your first and Longleat is 2.5 hours from my house... Is this too risky?
How different was your 2nd births compared to your 1st?

1st: 48 hours, but 28 hours established labour.

2nd…. 11 minutes

DC1 - 27 hours from first contraction
DC2 - 3.5 hours from first contraction

All mine were 38+3.
27 hours.
1 hour and barely got to the hospital.
3 hours.

4 hrs
20 more nhs
Both due day

1st - 36 hours
2nd - 3.5 hours
3rd - 2 hours

Ds was 1 day early with 4 hour labour.

Dd was 1 day late and 90 mins labour.

1st 6.5 hrs, 2nd 2.5 hrs.

1st induced in due date, didn’t work so spent 6 days in hospital. Actual labour… water manually broke at 1300, baby born 0730 next day.
2nd water broke at 2030, 4 cm at 2315, baby in my arms at 2345
Currently pregnant with my 3rd an hour away from hospital and needing childcare for the other two. I’m expecting to deliver in the car!

Raspberry leaf extract taken for both by the way! Is excellent.

Every birth is different but:
1st natural start and 9 hours
2nd waters broken by midwife and 4 hours

Start to finish
1st...32 hours 10 days late
2nd...less than 6 hours.... 10 days early
