Pregnant soon after csection

Hi, I'm currently 4 weeks since my emergency csection.
I had a sad ending to mine. At 23+1 weeks I went into premature labour with my twin girls. Sadly twin 1 died within an hour and twin 2 died 17 days later. I've been told to wait at least a year before trying to conceive. But I'm worried it may take me long to get pregnant. Has anyone fell pregnant within a year and if so was there any problems? Thank you in advance

First of all, I'm so sorry you've had such a horrific time, please don't rush another pregnancy. You've had major abdominal surgery and it takes time to heal physically. Give your body some more time to prepare itself so that you are as healthy as is possible. Look after yourself x

I’m sorry about your daughters Flowers .

Please follow the medical advice you have been given, its for your safety and that of any future babies.

You want to ensure that you are in the best possible physical and emotional health to start your next pregnancy.

You also need to give yourself and your partner time to grieve for your loss. I understand the urge to be pregnant again when you’ve lost your babies, but this isn’t the best thing for you.

I got pregnant ( not planned ) when child number two was 9 months old and that still felt very soon. And I had no pregnancy or birth complications and a vaginal delivery, so very different from your circumstances.

Please listen to the doctors.

I'm so very sorry for your loss.

When you had your CS, do you know if they did a "classical"/vertical cut on your uterus? It's more common for premature deliveries. If so, I think that's a higher risk in future pregnancies so really would recommend waiting. I'm sure that might feel unbearable right now but please do what's safest for you and any future babies.

Thank you everyone for replying.

They did the classic cut. I was lucky in that way. My friend was with me the whole time I was in surgery because she was on shift. I was put to sleep. But they did do the normal way
