I doubt it - the usual postpartum support belts are a lot firmer than a tubigrip. If cost is an issue, have a look on eBay for second hand - you're likely to be able to sell on after too.

I’d agree with what the pp. I think it would be very sweaty and uncomfortable too and it wouldn’t be very breathable. Also it would be a pain to get into- you’d either have to step into it and pull over your head. Regular support belts open and close and adjust.

I’d go for some high waisted knickers. Proper control granny ones. Think Bridget Jones plus maternity pad!
