Taboo - water birth - poo?

Am hoping for a waterbirth this time, and my only concern - sorry if you're sensitive - is poo-ing!!!
I know it's natural and expected etc.. but in water worries me - if you know what I mean?
Any advice?

i was very worried about this but didn't poo at all in the end and the mw had told me she was extremely used to it and its easier to clear up (in sieve) than on dry land!
