Being induced early how do I prepare my cervix for induction?

Hi all,
I am currently 34+4 weeks I believe I lost some fluid at 34+2 weeks but didn't have any more leaking after that initial leak so I was told to go to my scan and consultant appointment the next day to see what's going on.
I went to my constant appointment my waters had dropped from 185mm the week before to 81mm. I have been told to come back at 35+3 for a scan for fluid if nothing happens in the mean time if fluid is reduced even more I must be induced that day but if its around the same level they will allow me to go another week so ubtil 36+3 and they will induce then. So I will be delivering in the next two weeks so even if I can just soften or dialate my cervix will help with induction.

I wondered how I can prepare my cervix ready for induction I would prefer not the use pitocine as my uterus reacts very strongly to it.
This is my third baby first was induced at 36 weeks but took 6 days to get into labour but when I get going I have very fast labour's. With my second I went to be induced at 37 weeks but due to alot of lady's on the ward they delayed my induction and gave me a sweep during an exam which did the trick and two hours later my son arrived.

I was hoping for my cervix to be more favourable for a sweep or waters to be broken before other forms of induction any suggestions on what I could do ladies?

Not sure there's much you can do to encourage your cervix along - maybe have some sex if that doesn't seem too awful?!
