dd1 was ten days over

policywonk · 15/07/2007 20:16

My two were born on exactly the same day, gestation-wise: 39 + 5.

dejags · 15/07/2007 20:17

DS1 38 weeks
DS2 37+6
DD 36+3

NearlyHeddaslessNick · 15/07/2007 20:17

VERY nearly the same

dd induced at 40+10 arrived 40+14
ds arrived 40+11

Not planning dc 3 but if i did would fully expect it to be 40 + at least 10

Scootergrrrl · 15/07/2007 20:17

(whispers) DD was a week early, DS (2nd child) 8 days late

(Scooter runs and hides from screaming Tutter...)

yes!
ds1 - 37+0 (early hrs of the morning)
ds2 - 36+6 (just before midnight)
couldn't have been much more similar, as only 1.5 hrs in it.

ds arrived at 39 weeks and 5 days. My dd was born at 39 weeks and 5 days but by pre-booked cesarean! I was very worried at how fine they were cutting it given the early arrival of ds!

ChipButty · 15/07/2007 20:20

DS 38 + 5 induction + emergency section
DD 29 - emergency section
HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT TOO LONG, TUTTER! xx

oooggs · 15/07/2007 20:20

ds1 36+3 weeks waters went
dt's 38 weeks induced (sure if left they would have gone 40+ weeks!!)

still can't believe that I carried a twin pregnancy for longer than a singular

hippmummy · 15/07/2007 20:21

No - DS1 came at 35weeks

When I got to 36 weeks with DS2 I was really chuffed. By the time he arrived at 40+1 I was so fed up - I felt like I was a month overdue

IdrisTheDragon · 15/07/2007 20:23

DS was born at 38+3.

So I was rather frustrated when DD arrived at 40+4 .

Tutter · 15/07/2007 20:27

oh

concesus of opinion then is that i have to be patient

[disappointed]

When it does, you'll look back to the halycon days when you only had ONE dc waking you up in the middle of the night...
Good luck x

Scootergrrrl · 15/07/2007 20:36

That's HALCYON...

nellie75 · 15/07/2007 20:36

DD1 10 days early DS 2 weeks late DD2 one week late, induced labour with reflexology

duchesse · 15/07/2007 20:53

All three arrived well past 40 weeks. 41+3, 41+4 and 41+6. All v healthy and not postmature. I think genetics has a part to play, but you can get wildcard babies that come earlier. I'm not sure you can set too much store by arrival dates of previous babies.

REBELlatrixlestrange · 15/07/2007 21:00

DS1 arrived three weeks early.

Was seriously upset when I went over by 1 day with DS2, (he was then induced).

DS3 was about to be induced two weeks early but due to further complications was a section.
