Late pregnancy- Labour?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant today but baby is measuring just under 41 weeks so almost 6 weeks ahead. This has been confirmed on 2x scans and it's on the 98th centile.

For the last 4 days I have had frequent but consistent stomach pains , cramps on & off & lower back pain.

I have really extreme pressure in my vagina & feels so swollen I can feel her head down & all movements is really low and stabbing pains when she moves her head. Has anyone had there baby 'early' when measuring ahead? I have to go in at 36 weeks and be examined and will be booked in for induction or c-section as previous has emergency section due to baby being stuck.

I was told by my consultant that if I go in to labour myself which is what we all want as it will be less risk - that it will not be stopped if pre term but they will want to get seriods in ASAP - so I'm not paranoid incase I am in early labour if there will be enough time to get the seriods in?

I'm also having to pee every 15 mins due to the pressure

Sorry also I keep randomly gagging for no reason and feel sick after eating. Baby has really picked up movement and takes my breath away most times

I was measuring 10 days ahead with DS2, so no where near as much, but enough to warrant a growth scan at 36 weeks.

I had the scan at 11am, my waters broke at 2pm, and he was born a few hours later. He was treated as term, as he was a good weight, and I was home within 8 hours.

I knew I was in early labour, even though the consultant was adamant that I wasn't.

Thanks @Notquiterichenough not sure what to do....

Wait and see if anything has progressed or to call the hospital & ask about the injections but then I may be wrong and might just be the fun of the 3rd trimester
