Hi
So I tried pineapple, went for a long walk, ate a curry... Nothing!! Does raspberry leaf tea work?! What else should I be doing?! Not sure whether to risk sex as I did have a hindwater leak, but that was 2 weeks ago!! All I'm getting are occasional braxton hicks which are barely registering!
I've got a midwife appointment on Monday morning, and I would feel so much better if I had something happen between now and then!

Does anyone have anything I've overlooked to get things started?! TIA!!

cohosh tincture is supposed to be the only thing that works. i bought some cos i was convinced having a first baby i would go over. ended up being induced at 38 weeks with prom.

softmusk · 22/04/2007 19:28

whats cohosh tincture?

nappyaddict · 22/04/2007 20:49

this will explain it better than i can!

forgot to add i also bought squaw vine, motherwort and gelsemium which are meant to bring on labour. i think they are meant to be safer and have less risks attached than the cohoshes and goldenseal.
