My doula asked me if I knew anyone who would be willing to sign the pertition against the abolition of independant midwifery.........

I've been signing everything is sight and writing to my counsillor, MP and SMP. I have forwarded the EDM onto them as well and am waiting to hear back.

Please be aware that replies might slow down for a little while now as we are in the run up to an election and apparently (my counsillor said to me) MPs are not 'allowed' to have much contact with us plebs during the 6 weeks before... I suppose it is considered as electioneering and therefore unfair to the other Parties.... What about what's unfair to us, I say!
