my SiL is 34w pg and lo is transverse, v big and v stuck. so a cs is looking like the best option. i had an ecs so wasnt prepared. i am helping her her sort her bag this week, so best dont go into hospital without tips please mners!

Mind you a VB shouldn't be out of the question for Breech babies. I believe that we need to get back the Breech birth skills that mws have lost. I have no Breech experience but have read of Mary Cronk's opinions and expertise. I also know a lady who had an undiagnosed breech baby when she turned up in labour last year and they had to get on with it! I do hope the HCPs in question learned from that
