Hi there
Sorry, am a newbie to posting on Mumsnet so apologies if I do anything wrong!
Am currently expecting 2nd child (DD 5 1/2), due 2nd Dec. At the moment am booked to have the baby at WRH but DH not happy with this (have had 2 bad in-patient experiences there in last 12 mth - not preg related). My most likely other option is RHH, Dudley but don't know much about it. Anyone else out there want to throw some advice my way?! Would be very grateful. Quite fancy the idea of water-birth if poss, is this an option at RHH? Haven't yet discussed changing with my midwife, but due to see her next Monday.
Many thanks (in advance!)

Oh Exbury that's awful. Must admit didn't get as far as going for the tour at WRH in the end, my midwife did my transfer forms on Tuesday so it's RHH here I come! (and good job too by the sound of it!)
Postnatal def doesn't seem to be one of their strong points at WRH although I must admit I have no complaints whatsoever about the delivery midwife I had when I had DD 5 1/2 yrs ago. She was fantastic (but no guarantee she's still there now of course!)
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that everything goes ok when the time comes! Maybe the midwife you saw was just having a bad day! We've got a tour of RHH booked for 8th Oct and when I booked with them they said it would be fine to bring DD with me - hope they don't change their mind when we get there!
