Spend as much time as you can on your knees, leaning forwards onto the sofa/birthing ball etc. can encourage them to swing round with gravity, back to your belly

On all fours rock backwards and forwards and side to side

Walk upstairs and downstairs sideways on.

My baby turned at 38 weeks (back to back & breech) after doing both these things.

The spinning babies website has tips but try not to worry too much. Some babies love to be op, particularly if your placenta is anterior.

Both of mine were op (sometimes spinning to ot) and nothing I did changed that. I exhausted myself trying.

Some just move of their own volition, during labour even.

I found out yesterday my baby is back to back (36+6).

Suggestions I've heard are same as the poster above, spend as much time as possible on all fours, on a birthing ball or sitting backwards on a chair (so you're leaning against the chair back), don't sit slouching back as gravity will mean the baby's spine drops back as it's the heaviest part and if you have to lie on the sofa lay on your side not your back.

All a bit of pain when you're heavily pregnant and just want to veg out!!
