Back to back position for labour

Hi everyone,
Just found out I had an emergency c section with last birth due to posterior position of ds. Am 37 weeks pregnant, and baby is in same position as ds was in lead up to labour - head down with spine facing my left hand side.
Any tips for making sure this one is in the best possible position?

Spend as much time as possible on all fours as this will encourage the baby to lie in LOA.

Google optimal foetal positioning and you will find a pile of stuff. Good luck.

Don't spend time in the car if possible - worst possible place to sit as your pelvis is tilted backwards. Get a wedge if you need to sit in the car or on the sofa, so your pelvis is tilted down.

If you do go into labour with an OP baby then walking up and down stairs sideways in a rocking fashion apprently works. Or walking along the kerb with one foot in the gutter and one on the pavement

I can't vouch for any of these as, having managed to turn ds from breech, I ended up giving birth to him back to back. The doctor who delivered him was as surprised as I was when he finally emerged face up

(bloody painful labour too)

I had ds2 a posterior naturally (although it was touch and go, and I think iif they did c-sections at that unit I'd have been whipped up for one)

Did lots of hip wiggling (gyrating a la Elvis), and sitting on a chair backwards (dining chair). Wasn't allowed by MW to lie down at all. Ended up giving birth on a birthing ball but it all worked and he shifted just fine. Took 44 hours though!!!! (BUT as a disclaimer, have had three babies and was the least ainful, most relaxed of them all. Lots of aromatherapy lavender oil and stuff)

I found sleeping on my left side helped
