This is probably a really silly thing to ask and v difficult for people to answer but as a 1st timer I have no clue exactly what contractions feel like. Could anyone describe the feeling to me.
I've been pain all day with my back but don't think it's anything to worry about.
Also been having weird pains in my hips...god knows what thats all about.
