No. I mooed like a cow (dh's description!) Smile

mostly breathing stuff - I don't know how I would have coped without that. And making biting comments to dh inbetween contractions. and one almighty scream when they flipped me onto my back for the pushing part (I had wanted to give birth on my side).
quiet as a mouse though? no

Sore throat hahahaha I would have said "I think I'll be rather preoccupied by my ripped vagina"

Yes, well quiet-ish. Hardly even murmured with ds2 - but then he came out so quickly I didn't have time to think about noise. In fact, the most noise I made with him was the "hhuuuuurrrrrrrchch"s I made when I threw up in early labour.

I did, I had a 22 hour labour with DD but the last 15 hours or so I'd had an epidural, I loved the g&a too.

I had an elective section with DS so that was easy to be quiet Grin I felt like I was dying afterwards though.

The only time i lay on my back was to check dilation (sp?) it was agony, I think something to do with dd facing the wrong way or something so her head was pressed into my back ? I cannot imagine having to do it lying down - i had a water birth so alternated between sitting in the bath and walking around the room. dd born me standing up in bath cos she needed help from midwife getting out (ie she wasn't born in the water in the end)
