This happened 5 minutes ago whilst on the loo (sorry tmi). I went back to the loo to see if anymore and I heard a splash but didn't try to wee and didn't feel anything. Had pressure in bottom all of yesterday and very very slight ackey lower back but nothing that is really bothering me. Do I need to do anything?? Am freaking out here... Xx

The 'oh dear God it's getting worse' made me laugh.

Wait until you have your second and then it's 'oh dear God, I have just remembered just how much this is going to hurt' Grin

Congratulations.
