Local honey, steam for a blocked nose, sun glass. Keep your windows closed. Hope this helps

bestgo to the gp.
I was prescribed fluticasone (a steroid nasal spray), which also helped with the asthma symptoms of my hayfever.
cetrizine is also ok, but doesn't work for everyone.

I used a saline nasal spray called sterimar and the doctor continued prescribing fluticasone which is a steroid nasal spray. Another gp suggested homeopathy Hmm. In my first pregnancy I took loratidine from 16 to 26 weeks but haven't taken it in this current pregnancy. If my blocked nose is very bad I do sometimes take a decongestant spray like Vicks, my gp said this was ok as long as my blood pressure was low (its a vasoconstrictor).
