Hi there,
I'm by no means definite for a ELCS but it is looking increasingly likely due to various reasons. To be honest I don't really mind - I just want to get the baby out as safely as possible and I will do what is advised by my consultant.
I've been reading around vaginal birth - hypnobirthing, Ina May Gaskin and a handful of others but now want to read up on CS just in case that is indeed the route I have to go down. I have read on mn people swearing by a great book but I can't remember what is was!
Have just put 'Strategies for the C-Section Mom: A Complete Fitness, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Guide' into my Amazon basket as, as a pre-pregnancy gym fan, I like the idea of focusing on recovery and fitness afterwards, but is there anything else I should be adding to this?
