Help - can't remember song/rhyme midwife recited as I gave birth.

Perhaps I had a little too much gas and air when I gave birth to my gorgeous little boy (baby #2) this Tuesday, but..... I swear the midwife recited the cheeky words from a song/poem to stop me tearing during last stage of delivery . Something along lines of 'breathe out to the last, and don't forget the arse'. I'm sure I had heard it before through a yoga class or some pelvic floor lessons etc. Anyhow, it made me laugh (as much as you can with gas and air in your mouth), and I certainly did breathe. Pleased to say arse intact, so it worked! Anyone else had this recited to them?? Trying to track it down.

Never heard of it, tbh. Franlky, I'd be a bit Confused if a midwive made a prose about my 'intact arse' whilst giving birth!

True blue. Maybe a little too much of the funny gas and my warped sense of humour!

Perhaps she was saying "don't forget to relax" or something? I agree it sounds unlikely! I spent hours scouring the Internet last night (in US) for the answer to this (couldn't sleep!) and came up with nothing!
