To not know if labour is starting

I'm 37+3 on dc6 been having stop/start contractions for a couple of days and had a bloody show yesterday , and I feel like a idiot for not knowing if this is IT .
To be fair I was never sure if any of my labours were the real thing until I went and got checked. I've had mixture of early and late arrivals so previous form is no help.
I know there is no way of telling but I just need to vent. I'm keeping my mouth shut in RL to save myself constant update requests.

Thanks for the congrats, I'm still on a hormone high. It's a bit manic with a newbie and the rest of the gang but worth every minute
