I am active in running around after my 15mo dd, but i dont think i do as much exercise as i did when pregnant with her.. I walked a fair bit 4 miles a day until about 30weeks.
this time around, other than walks with the dogs some times, and walking about shops, carrying her when needed, playing with her, tidying up, etc etc. i dont feel as fit?
I'm a smaller frame and a hard bump which is aching my back.. hopefully starting yoga once a week soon but worried that I may not b as fit in my 2nd labour after haig a fast good labour with DD?
i'm currently 25wks
