Recommended consultants at the Rosie in Cambridge?

I have a friend in Cambridge who is considering whether a ELCS or a VB is the best option for her DC2, due in January. She's suffered a range of medical problems (which I won't detail) since the birth of DC1 and doesn't want the next birth to exacerbate them. She's just had a fairly unsatisfactory appointment with a obstetric registrar, who didn't really try to answer any of her questions. Just wondered if anyone could recommend a sympathetic and well-informed consultant at the Rosie to provide a second opinion?

Many thanks in advance to anyone who can suggest someone.

Charlotte Patient if she's still there. She was one of the consultants I saw before ds2's birth 4 years ago. She treated me like an intelligent human being, it was nice.

Gerald Hackett was the other one. He spent half an hour drawing detailed diagrams of my insides just to make sure I really understood exactly what they might be going to do to me. A little tmi, just before dinner.

There weren't a lot of choices I could make, but they made me feel like I was making choices!

Was just about to mention both Patient and Hackett! They are both great!

Thank you both very much. Slightly surprised at the detailed diagrams of insides, but for my friend TMI would definitely be better than too little!

Thanks to you both.
