I am 41+5 with my second baby and was due to be induced today!
I've been awake sinced 3am. Having mildly painful contractions every 3-4 mins but only lasting 30-40 seconds. Can't sit still during them and have to walk around.
I've got the tens machine on and taken some paracetamol but don't want to wake up my DH yet, as it could be ages yet.
Someone keep me company... :0)

You are me 4 weeks ago today Grin good luck remember loads of biscuits good food to see you through.

Just don't leave it too long just because you assume it will be a long time. I only just got to hospital, waters hadn't gone (went whilst pushing) but the mw hadn't even had time to examine me when I declared he was coming.

Keep mning it helps Grin

Hello all ! Well just wanted to say thanks for all your support yesterday morning had to leave suddenly as contractions started to come less than every 3 minutes. Left home at 7 am baby in arms 10.42am after less than 6 hours in labour! Couldn't have gone any better after very traumatic first birth this one was a breeze in comparison!!
See you on the breast-feeding boards am going to need some help he's a big lad 8lb12 and feeds constantly.
