My LO is just over a week old and just perfect but I am beginning to worry about the damage he did on the way out. I know that all the muscles have been stretched etc but when will I be able to stand for more than 10 minutes without feeling like everything is going to fall out?! I have been doing lots of pelvic floor exercises (with long periods of clenching when I do have to stand!). Please tell me it comes back quickly!
