Postnatal confinement nanny

I know this is quite specific to the asian/chinese culture, but are there any mumsnetters out there who've used one? What are your experiences? We live in outer London near Stansted. Neither our parents are in the country for various reasons, but my mum's nagged me to look into having one. Any recommendations/suggestions/thoughts? I'm due in 10 days!

When are you due? The confinement lady is currently working for someone but if she couldn't make it she might have friends to recommend.
