Not sure what to say really. I'm so tired of it and I have no idea how to help any more. Didn't spot she was going down hill again.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources. The Samaritans website is also a sourse of support or you can email them on [email protected].
We wanted to let you know that we edited your openning post as we aren't able to keep posts up that mention suicide or self harm method - we hope this all makes sense.
Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to continue with RL help and support as well.
