How can I help my DD???

My DD is 3 and from the time of the lockdown we have had a struggle between going to the toilet to just everyday tasks. The toilet is a big one, she is fully potty trained but as of late she will throw a tantrum just at the mention of going for a wee or poo! Some days are better as in she will want to go and say so. Most days though we take her kicking and screaming, which I know is probably not right but it is after about 8 hrs of no toilet! Some days she will only go 3 times to the toilet. I just don't want her to end up with a weak bladder!

My other issue is just her personality right now. She lashes out kicking, screaming and biting! Plus if we say no she ends up on the floor having a tantrum! She does get over the tantrums but day after day it gets tiring and some days there is just no negotiating with her! Asking her a question is like talking to a rock and her eating is almost non-existent. I make her meals everyday, and she will barely eat any of it! Some food she does eat but overall it's upsetting. Is this normal or just heightened because of the lockdown?

I try to get her to do activities, I've printed off different matching activities, laminated them, cut them out and she wants nothing to do with them! 🙄. I'm worried not only for her mental health but her education as well as I know I'm not going thorough enough with her, but then again I don't know what I should be doing with her?!? Maths, numbers, letters, writing?

Help me!! 🥺

Fairy, did you mean to out this in child mental health??

You might get advice if you moved this to Behaviour/ Development.
