Newbie to killing chickens. We've done only a couple before but they were old layers (and 1 that had been attacked and needed to be put out of its misery), and I wasn't too happy with how it went.
So I'm hyping myself up for a batch of 15 table birds now. Just have to buy the freezer in the next few days and then I can start.
Any really good tips? Please!
Or just some encouragement?
