Pre-loved stall at school Christmas fair - how to get more than 50p

This is fundraising for a school …

how do you sell pre-lives items to raise serious money? I am thinking of bikes, piklee triangles etc.

Is there an auction site that PTAs or charities use? I would really appreciate some direction if you have it.

Do you have a physical stall only for the duration of the fete?
Or the time and energy to run an online sale?
Where I am a number of people fundraise for charity using the equivalent of ebay and make it clear all proceeds go to this charity, you can then also advertise through all the relevant channels to reach the people who care about your cause/school.
