I want to give up nursing

Hi,
I'm a RN from 2010 and have a diploma in adult nursing, worked in NHS and nursing homes in different positions but I just feel that my heart is not in to anymore.
I am feed up how this job become and the amount of responsibilities we have, leaving us open to any malicious complaints. The managers don't support us anymore and most of the time the work place is toxic. We have no understanding from NMC an is blaming organization that do not help or support the nursing profession and it is all about the public image. GMC are more supportive with doctors and seems to be more understanding to compare with NMC.
I have been physically, mentally and emotionally abused in this job that I don't know how much I can take and I need a change.
The job is already hard and challenging and when you have no support form management team, your colleagues are like hunter's who to report so they can get closer to managers, going home scared in case I didn't do everything or forget something and the feeling you are scared is just to much.
I want to give up nursing for good and do something else but I don't know what. As we all know the cost of leaving is challenging and un my case it is difficult already as the main bread winner in the family.
Any advice or suggestions will be great appreciated 👏

what about re qualifying to be a aesthetician who can do injectables? you could also do various skin peels and laser treatments for skin conditions. Loads of money to be made, nice work environment, massive discounts on beauty products and treatments. Could be self employed but don't have to be. I came from beauty therapist background and always wished I had medical qualification to do it.

I’m a nurse and I get what you mean. My plan for the future is the train to do microsuction and ear irrigation. Generally not available on the NHS now, you can charge a fair amount! There are some training courses available. Set up costs aren’t huge - training plus equipment. Could do travelling or set up a clinic at home if you have space?
I do know someone who qualified, got a couple of years experience then got a job working in a specialist Dermatology clinic with a side line of aesthetics.
