I think it's a good idea (and that we should have a Carers section). I've got parents of 82 and 77, in good health but nonetheless slowly failing , and children of 7 and 3. And I have to WOTH full-time, so am dreading the day when the phone calls to the office could come from more than one source

I did wonder why sandwiches in particular needed an entire section to themselves! Forgive me dts2 is not well and I have been up all night for the past few nights with him - the old brain does not work at the best of times!

I could be the poster child for the sandwich generation then - my parents are 84 and 73 and dts are 5, I'm 35. Classic according to the description.
