DS is 13 months and almost out of his pebble, so I'm looking for recommendations for his next seat. 'Which' only seem to have tested a couple, so wondered if someone could tell me which ones are good?
If it helps, we have a Toyota corolla verso with isofix, but hubby's audi doesn't.
Thanks!

Have a look at carseat.se - a good range of seats.

I'm not a which? fan as feel they put too much emphasis on colur and removal of fabrics than safety!

Things to consider.
Do you want isofix only or belted option too? From your OP clearly both.
Is your child likely to be tall or above average weight. If so higher weight limit (achieved by belt) and shell (carseat.se has a page about this somewhere)
Do you want the option to forward face? Turn into a hbb? Last pass 4?
What is your budget?
Do you have storage boxes?

I'm going for an axkid kidofix if it misses storage box or leg extends. Otherwise torn between besafe and TWE. Like the side impact protection of besafe but higher shell of TWE.

I missed leg room. Are cars roomy? Will passenger have enough leg room. Not a prob for us as I'm short!

Ok, bit more info coming!
DS is average height and weight.
Need isofix and belted option (although still have DDs maxi cosi priori as a spare, its 8 years old now though)
Would like forward facing as an option too, but not essential.
Got a britax isofix high back for when he's older.
No underfloor storage.
Which seats have a good reputation or passed safety tests in other
countries etc?
Thanks!

If you look at carseat.se , incarsafetycenre.co.uk or securatot all those seats are good. Have a look and read descriptions , they have a pros/cons on one site.

If the Maxi Cosi Priori is 8y old it will be expired as per MC's own manual - see page 7 here

They're all very safe so I'd be more concerned about finding the right one to fit your car and to do that you really need to try them in your car. It's not just about how big your car is but also how the seats are spaced, the shape of the seats and even the shape of the dashboard. Can you get to one of the companies that sell them?

We have the Britax Multitech, mainly because we could get it for less than 150 pounds through a Volvo dealer. You won't find ERF carseats in the UK for less. It is very safe and fits a broad range of cars. Takes them up to 25 kg rear facing and can be forward facing too, though I think weight limit for FF is around 18. My very large 3.2 yo is very comfortable in it still. Bought from Volvo and then drove to safety centre in Milton Keynes to have them walk us through installing it (they couldn't do it themselves, only because we didn't buy from them), but once you know how it works it's very easy and we have taken it out and reinstalled multiple times.

Sadly a multitech from Volvo is now £250
