When you decide which isofix car seat you want its worth checking which cars they're compatible with. I don't think its Tje case that all isofix bases or seats fit in any car with isofix

Isofix seats normally come with a foot prop and these can not rest on top if storage boxes.

There's no evidence that a correctly fitted isofix seat is safer than a correctly fitted belted seat. However, isofix seats are generally easier to fit correctly so you're less likely to get it wrong.

I would echo nocake - harder to fit a car seat wrong, but no safer than a correctly fitted (and kept tight) seatbelted-seat.

There is only one isofix so that will always fit, but that doesn't mean the car seat will fit well on your car's seat, so you still need to have a try. If it all fits snug and tight then its a winner!

Yrs agree with that, isofix just less daddy and harder to get wrong
