Anyone taken anxiety meds to try to calm themselves during this time? It’s getting a bit overwhelming for me but wondering if I should beast it out until I have a treatment plan as I gather things feel better then, or just get the help I can now? Interested to know experiences, I am concerned about how much my body will have pumped into it this year!
