Breast lump ect

Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post but I’m super anxious, I found a lump in my breast about 2 months ago finally went to the gp who done a urgent referral to the breast clinic (app end of the month) since then I’ve found another lump under my armpit, they feel hard and like kidney beans (if that makes any sense) I only felt my boobs because I was having a lot of sharp shooting pain in that boob, also been having rib pain. I’m worried it’s breast cancer and can’t stop thinking about it, but I am only 30 and statistically that’s on my side. Anyone been through similar and what was the outcome good or bad please?

Putting up this thread will do nothing for your anxiety…there will be 30 years olds who have been fine…and those that have gone on to be diagnosed with aggressive cancers…ii if you looking for support why not look on/post on the breast cancer care forums

Ps ask your gp to expedite the referral given you’ve got another lump

I agree with the above advice. Feed back to both the GP and the breast clinic about both the second lump and the pain.

I have melanoma, not breast cancer, but it had spread to a lymph node, which I could feel as a lump that was also painful. I basically made an annoyance of myself emailing the consultant’s secretary every time I had a new symptom. I’m convinced it’s why my biopsy came back a month sooner than they originally told me and they really pushed me through scans and surgery. I was a very squeaky wheel and it ultimately probably saved my life.

They will want to know. If you can call and update them, but also put it in writing by email do that too.

It might be BC, it might not be. Statistics mean nothing ( I was 37 when diagnosed, sorry). Everyone’s outcomes are different ( as you will appreciate).

Best of luck OP. I hope it’s nothing to worry about.
