Hi all, hoping someone might be able to offer something or give any advice. I've got myself into such a state of worry at the beginning of the week after Googling some symptoms I've been having. They've all started within tbe last 2 months or so, some within the last 2/3 weeks, but none of which I've ever suffered from before. It started off with bloating and I'm pretty sure weight gain despite being more active at the moment and some urgency when needing a wee. Then I started getting some pain - more of a dull ache in my stomach area and much lower down in my pelvis and sort of between my ovaries and the same sort of pain in my lower back, middle and to the right side. In the last week I'm getting what feels like more of a sudden pain in my ovaries area when I sit down. I've started getting acid reflux / indigestion in the 3 weeks - nothing has changed in my diet and I'm generally eating/drinking the same - probably less at the moment as I'm feeling fuller quicker and not a massive appetite. I've sort of thought here and there I don't quite feel right, but have passed it off as me getting older and bodies changing (I'm 33 if that helps), but something made me put some of my symptoms into Google a few days ago and ovarian cancer is the one thing that keeps popping up and a number of my symptoms match. I've just worried myself something stupid and it's probably something or nothing, but just any advice or if any of you have had symptoms the same/similar and it turned out to be nothing, or something completely else. It'd be really appreciated.

Get yourself to your doctors, and quick. Don't take any shit from the receptionist either. If you suspect it may be cancer then you have a right to have your fears allayed.
It could well turn out to be a urine infection, or even constipation, or something equally as benign, however you cannot be sure until you have the appropriate tests. Don't be scared to go, knowledge is power (yes, that cliche that I can't even believe I'm quoting!) but trust me, if it is anything nasty the earlier it's treated the better your chances of survival.
I know about early diagnosis - I'm a survivor of bowel cancer.
Good luck x

Best call the GP for an urgent appointment to get a proper check up and to exclude anything nasty.
See if you can get one for today if possible.
Meanwhile stop googling as it’ll just stress you out. As above, it could be anything but best be safe.

It could be anything but those are symptoms of ovarian cancer. My only symptoms were bloating and frequent urination. The doctor took me seriously though and it was caught at stage 1.
Get an appointment at your gp specifically say you are worried about ovarian cancer and ask for a ca125 blood test.
Im not much older than you and pre menopausal so ovarian cancer is very rare but unfortunately it does happen.

It’s certainly worth getting it checked, but is there any chance you could be pregnant? Along with nausea, I’d say that’s exactly how I felt when I was pregnant.
