Lymphoma symptoms?

Hi,
I have a GP appointment next week. In the meantime I can't help but worry, I have a swollen lymph node on the back of my neck that's been there for a couple of weeks with no obvious cause.
This has caused me to overthink, and think about how tired I am all the time. I would say borderline fatigue, I struggle to keep up with my one year old. I have also lost weight, around 1 stone in the past 6-8 months, this is without trying. I was of course happy about this until I realised unexplained weight loss can be a concern.
I also went to hospital a few months back because of severe pain under my ribs and I also had a fever. My CRP levels were 58 but they just gave me naproxen and sent me on my way. The pain got better after a few days.
Has anyone had similar symptoms? Wondering what to expect at my GP appointment?
Thanks in advance!

I think you need to tell your GP what you are worried about. I have had lymphoma, successfully treated, but other than weight loss, none of our symptoms match. Which is not to dismiss yours at all, I am not a medic.

It could be that you have lost the weight running after your little one; or because you have a weakened immune system, for example.

So, tell the GP what’s worrying you, ask for further tests to get to a diagnosis , and try not to worry too much in advance. I do hope your fears are not realised, and that you can feel better soon.

Thank you for replying, I'm sorry to hear that you've had lymphoma and glad to hear it was successfully treated!
Do you mind me asking what your symptoms were?
You are right it could be that I'm moving more now that my little one is on the move.
I think I feel panicked about the swollen lymph nodes so now I'm really over analysing everything that's going on with my body.

in my case , I had one swollen tonsil; itchy legs ; some, but not massive , weight loss. General fatigue and weaker than I had been . I was very very fit, and my ‘numbers’ were off. No pain, just felt like something was stuck in my throat.

My GP recognised the signs and referred me. It is one of the cancers which can be treated.
