Hysteroscopy and Biopsy show Hyperplasia- 'Changes' detected, any advice?

Hi everyone. I'm 44, pre-menopausal (I only have one ovary (had the other removed under emergency surgery at 37 due to a huge complex benign cyst just after having my son). I'm not overweight and am very active. I was referred for a Hysteroscopy (2 week pathway) following a GP visit for abnormal bleeding/missed periods and ultrasound which showed a very thick endometrial lining at just over 30 mm. The results have just come back as 'some changes' (Hyperplasia, doesn't say what type) and it says the team will meet and discuss future management. The consultant who did the hysteroscopy said she saw some 'flimsy adhesions' in my uterus but didn't make it sound like it was anything to worry about at the time? They don't specify in the letter what the changes are or whether they are cancerous. My grans on both sides had breast cancer. I am one of the most squeamish people in the world and am terrified of needles/surgery etc and am now really worried- I'm struggling to find any threads with my specific experiences being pre-menopausal- does anyone have any similar experience and can offer reassurance as this letter is so vague and has left me feeling pretty anxious- I have two kids (12 and 7) and you just worry. I'd love to hear any advice on what all of this could mean if anyone has any, so I can prepare myself- thank you in advance.
