Just that really.

My back is uncomfortable most days, i have to take it pretty steady to not make it worse. I dont do much that involves bending down as that makes it worse, though that is difficult with a 2o month old DD who is into everything. I have just been gardening and lasted about 10 minutes with minimal bending over then got too uncomfortable and came back inside.
I had SPD when preg with DD, its better but still not great with flare ups and general pelvic uncomfortableness which can be quite limiting....I wouldnt be able to do a big walk, 2/3+miles if i wanted to be able to move for the rest of the day!

We're starting to think about holidays but as with many poeple money is getting tighter so we could really do with an uber cheap one this summer. We have all the camping gear from trips before i was pregnant but havent been since. DH would love to revisit his youth and go camping in the new forest, ponies outside the tent, etc, etc. Im a bit creaky and worried that a week of camping is going to leave me in a bit of a mess, but maybe im just being panicist.

Opinions from the experts please!!

It will hurt i think...sorry that probably isn't what you want to hear is it?
I guess if you had really good chairs and good surfaces to cook on (so you aren't bending too much) and really take it easy you could do it. Can your dh put up the tent and do the heavy work all by himself? What about beds...have you got something really comfy?
tbh i would do a trial run on your bedroom floor with the beds ...and see how you feel about it then..then think about general moving about and cooking ontop of that.

Hmm, can you go somewhere close to home for a weekend first? As troutpout said I would take anything you can that will make things easier, do you have painkillers/anti inflam thingies you take? I agree your DHwould have to onboard to the fact that he would be looking out for you and doing lots of the work.
