2 young DC, would like a play area, pool if possible or close to a beach. But nothing too rowdy (tried a few "holiday parks" last year, far too noisy at night for me!) I do live in Norfolk (west) just don't want to travel too far. I liked Kelling, and Manor Farm (Cromer)

Clippesby Hall

We’ve camped here a couple of times and really liked it:

Forest park

It has a couple of outside play areas and an indoor swimming pool, although you might need to check the Covid guidelines, last time we went you had to book a slot for swimming and they got booked up really fast.

About a 20-30 minute walk to Overstrand beach, and a nice cliff top walk to Cromer (or an easy drive if your DC are too little to walk that far). Easy to drive to Mundesley, Sheringham beaches too.

Diglea. It's right on your doorstep if you're in West Norfolk. There's a few play areas for the kids. No pool, but the beach is 10mins walk - just check the tides, it's only really a 'beach' at high water.

Kelling heath is lovely, we’ve been there a few times now and still haven’t seen all the grounds, it really is beautiful. Kids are massive fans of the swimming pool too.

What about Searles or Manor Park in Hunstanton ?
The beach is close to both of them and they have pools.

@YouHaveNoAuthorityHereJackie we LOVE Kelling but it's fully booked this summer and has been a while!

There's a few caravan sits between Cromer and Sheringham that allow camping as well- try Beeston Regis. Very, very quiet sites, but can walk or drive into Cromer or Sheringham quickly and West Runton beach is a 5 minute walk.

Hunstanton/Snettisham are a bit too close to home. Cromer/Sheringham ideal, I'll look Beeston regus up, thanks.

When we went to Searles, it had a nice unpretentious family-friendly atmosphere, and it wasn't noisy at night. My 4yo loved the pools and the go karts you can hire to cycle around the site.

I second Searles. I've been twice and it's not rowdy, very quiet but there is a pool and children's entertainment.
