Alternative to Les Mouettes?

Hi, we really love Les Mouettes and have been several years in a row now. The kids (14 and 11) and I would be happy to go back again but DH wants somewhere else. We wouldn’t be camping, so need somewhere with lodges/ static caravans but the main thing is the swimming complex. Can anyone recommend a place to go in France as good as, or better than, Les Mouettes? We’d be getting the ferry and happy to drive and do an overnight stop if it’s worth it. Thanks in advance!

We like Camping du Haras because it's an attractive, quiet and friendly site but it still has a lot for the children to do. It's open all year round and has an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool with lazy river and water slides.
Le Soleil de la Méditerranée has a good waterslide selection, is near a beach and within walking distance of shops and cafes.
Les Alicourts probably has the best waterslide selection overall, but isn’t within walking distance of a town.
St Avit Loisirs has an amazing pool complex, waterslides and a lazy river. It’s a pretty park, and it’s also close to one of France’s best water parks if the slides in the park aren’t enough! But again, not near a town.
Le Domaine du Clarys has good waterslides but it isn’t the prettiest of parks. It is, however, near the beach. It’s also within walking distance of shops and cafes (plus an ice cream parlour and sweet shop!)
La Ravoire has a good pool complex - both an indoor and an outdoor pool, and some decent with water slides. There’s a cycle path that runs at the rear of the campsite which takes you to Annecy (17km) or you can ride the other way to do the famous Col De La Forclaz route (the park has bike rental). There is also a games room with a pool table, table football and video games. There’s a small restaurant/bar serving basics like pizzas, lasagne, chips, burgers and nuggets as well as some regional dishes. You can eat in the bar on the terrace or you can take away. There’s a Boulangerie just up the road. The campsite has a free daily shuttle to La Sambuy where there’s a summer toboggan, off-road pedal go-karts, trampolining and tubby jumping, and at the top of the chair you get the most amazing view of Mont Blanc and Lake Annecy. There’s a watersports centre only about 1km from the park (with older dc you could walk to it) and a Go Ape style centre a little further afield.
Ty Nadan, La Pointe St Gilles and Le Sirene are also meant to be excellent, but never been.

You could try La Ribeyre which is in a completely different area, the Auvergne.

And I know you said France, but if it's water parka you are after, then Duinrell in the Netherlands is extremely good.

Siblu near La Rochelle was well loved by our tribe. Plenty of space and swimming pools.

Fingers crossed for being allowed to travel freely soon...
