Electric keep cold box

Just back from camping and decided I'm fed up with my (supposedly) 5 day extreme keep cold box. It would probably keep stuff cold for 5 days if I pre-chilled then loaded it with frozen meals, but really I just want to keep milk, butter and ham from killing us all - I end up constantly swapping freeze blocks all day and the fecking thing fills with water.

Can anyone recommend an electric keep cold box, or anything I should look for?

Can I put freezer blocks in it to reduce the temperature if it's really hot, or for the drive home?

Thanks Smile

Just been on a a two week camping trip and had to buy a camping fridge because the campsite freezer broke and we couldn't freeze our ice blocks. We nipped to Halfords and bought their 40L camping fridge. It was great and even kept a bag of ice cubes frozen for two days. Didn't need to put ice blocks in it to keep it cold even during this heatwave.

We use an electric one to go away in the camper (no fridge) we pack it with frozen stuff like microwave meals and bread that can thaw out safely in there and that does help and yes I use freezer blocks too if necessary I also have an industrial type huge cool box (non electric) and pack thick card at the top and bottom then all frozen food jam packed and it's still frozen after 10 days it's amazing but you have to pack it well so you know what you want, get it quick and only open once a day max. I'd then transfer to the smaller one. These types of things work best full also is good to bare in mind 😊. The electric one is kartcher I think. Yellow and black.
