i saw someone mention it and it's panicked me. we only live in a flat, no drying space...
what does this mean for my camping dreams?

you only need to dry your tent if you have to pack it away wet - and sods law is it will rain just as you have to strike camp. In order to dry tent either
a) pitch in friend's back garden on next sunny day

or, as we did last week, b) drape tent all around living room, over bannisters, over settee, rearranging every few hours so each section of tent dries.

A pain but the fun of camping makes it worth it

we live in scotland, so there will be rain...

camping is fab - we went as a family for the first time first BH in May last year, went for anogther weekend and a week last year, and doing at least 2 weeks and 2 weekends this year, cheap and great fun - I sleep so well and the children have a fab time

you could always go with a mate rather than DH! We like going with other families, to give the DC built in playmates

all my mates who camp have proper husbands who do manly things like putting up tents so they wouldn't be any use, unfortunately.
