Camping fridges/cool boxes

We have an electric cool box but it is a bit rubbish at keeping everything cold and I get quite frustrated that I end up chucking stuff away (like milk) because it's gone off on when we go away for more than a weekend.
Can anyone recommend an electric fridge that doesn't cost a massive amount but will keep everything cold and maybe even chill stuff if needed.

Off camping this summer and landed here looking for ways to keep your food and drinks chilled for long periods? We’ve rounded up the best cooling boxes as recommended by Mumsnet users, including electric and passive options. We hope you find it useful.

Halfords. Cost us around £100 3 years ago. Best camping buy yet. Plugs into the car and we take it for picnics all the time!!
Has a pull along handle and side handles too!!

We have a small table top fridge (40 l I think) that I bought from Argos quite a few years back. It's big enough for milk, butter & cheese or a few bits for the BBQ. It also has a small freezer compartment for ice packs that keep other things (drinks) cold in the cool box.

Our coolbox was £7 but the milk doesn't go off if we go away for a weekend, we take it frozen in the coolbox.

We have just bought a £65 table top fridge from Curry's for camping this year. I hope it does the trick!

If you can get a Waeco they are amazing! We bought one a few years ago for travelling around Australia (you need a good fridge there, this can go 30c below ambient temperature) and it is great.

We haven't camped that much since then, but it's great when we do, or if we need extra fridge space for parties, Christmas, fridge breaking down, moving house etc.
