I will just have basic Cobb oven with no accessories at this point? What would be good to cook?

With just the basic set up basically anything you would bbq (although appreciate it will take longer to cook). So veggie burgers / sausages, corn onthe Cobb, halloumi kebabs, veg kebabs etc. You can also cook root veg directly in the moat (takes a bit longer than it would to roast it in the oven) or wrap veg into foil parcels with a bit of butter and cook that in the moat.

With the feet dish you can do casseroles, stir fries, fajitas etc, with the fry pan you can do pizza plus anything you would usually fry, and with the roastingrack you can roast stuff. And do parcels of veg in foil with butter / herbs etc.

veggie roast stuff - I reckon you could do stuffed butternut squash / peppers / mushrooms etc pretty well with the roasting rack. You can add wine or other liquids into the moat to add flavour and keep it all moist if you want but don't have to. You could also wrap potatoes in foil for jacket spuds and cook on the roast rack or in the moat if they are small enough. Oh and with a small round cake tin you can make bread and cakes by sitting that on the roast rack.

Not a veggie but basically you can cook anything on the Cobb you can cook in your kitchenat home by varying the accessories you use :)

Just remember that if you are using it to roast / bake stuff not to keep taking the lid off to check! And that stuff generally takes and 25 percent longer.
