Campervan recommendations for 3 kids

Hello!
I'm half dreaming, half thinking seriously. Love camping, always dreamt of getting a camper to make taking off, cooking, bad weather etc etc easier.
I always come back to the same sticking point though - transporting 3 kids safely (i.e. 3 sets of 3 point seat belts ideally in the back).
Can you suggest suitable campers? I'd be going for something older as the budget would be relatively small (max. 5000), but any suggestions regardless of potential cost would be great to give me some food for thought.
Thank you!

We've got a VW T4 Westfalia Multivan. It had two 3 point seat belts in the back, the other two seats had lap belts so we have had another 3 point seatbelt fitted. Because its as near to coach built as you'll get, the seats are all crash tested etc.

The van has no cooking facilities in, and because of this the bed downstairs will sleep 3 of us; the other 2 are in the pop top. We have an awning and cook outside.

It is absolutely great - go for it.

We had our van converted so it seats seven. Seating five would actually be really easy if you kept the bench seat that comes as standard in most vans. (before conversion,) You would then have three in the front and the bed/seat in the back for the other two. We have a rock and roll bed at the back which has two seat bealts and then two flip seats from a coach company that have the seatbelts built into them that are rearward facing.
The problem with keeping the bench seat is you can't twist it round like you often can with a captains chair.
You other option would be to get a wider rock and roll bed that would seat three and then have two at the front.

Ours is a rib bed, the prices are eyewatering but at the time it was the only one that had been crash tested. smart beds are newer, cheaper but have undergone safety testing, you'd have to check the details.
A conversion was the only way we could get what we needed. It cost considerably more than £5000, sorry, but we use it as our second car. Well it is my husbands car. It is actually the vehicle that has done the most miles this year.
